A better idea would be to locate to RIO VISTA JUNCTION and sign a lease with BAERA/WRM to use ALL ex-Sacramento Northern trackage EAST of MP 57.78 ... A much dryer climate--all kinds of vehicular traffic close by with a cross-county arterial connecting I-80 and I-5.

NO NIMBYS to worry about !!! Available trackage (NOW) is 13.7 miles ... Will NOT interfere with electric operations of the Western Railway Museum in any way !!
They operate WEST of MP 57.78 ... GGRM would operate EAST of MP 57.78 !! GGRM would be responsible for all track maintenance and infrastructure in their operating zone.
