Regarding the Lite UP power spotted N/B @ King St. Station, it was likely enroute to the Louis Dreyfus Grain Elevator on Elliott Bay. UP has service rights into this facility. Often this traffic consists of Soo Line / Canadian Pacific grain hoppers. ( The newer ones. )
