Tacoma Rail Bridge washed out 2 years ago

Has Tacoma Rail done any planning, etc to replace the bridge that was washed out 2 years ago? I believe over the Nisqually River?

Seems like a long time to get a bridge replaced. I am not familiar with the area but my understanding they can't get to Morton with this bridge out?
