From Huetter east into CdA is expected to be torn out. The only thing that could save the track, or at least the right of way, is if efforts to preserve the right of way for future light rail are successful. But that's doubtful. The city and developers want the track taken out ASAP and the mill property turned into either an extension of the adjacent college or something else. (There's a battle brewing right now over whether it will be the college or something else.)
