How about the Tiki? I have found it clean and reasonable, downtown location, next to the tracks with constant traffic and looks out on the big RR bridge over Hangman Creek. Ask for a room facing west, those facing south have their back sides to the track. A bonus is a RR car diner across the street, food was good when I was last there.
