Thanks for posting this clip--I've been wanting to see it again for awhile!

Does anyone know the details of the filming of this scene? I think I remember reading that the film was shot after the Hollywood Subway was abandoned in 1955. Was the power still on, or did P.E. turn the Toluca substation on just for the shoot, or . . . ?
