Dirty out of State coal fired power plants since California doesn't have any large power reserves with the drought cutting hydroelectric and San Onofre shut down.

Same way when a regular freight or passenger train is in a tunnel and it shifts 10 to 20 feet crushing it like a beer can (hope it doesn't happen while a train is going through)
I'll stick to conventional trains
