Yep, and I saw two posts about this exact same subject too.

Joking aside, this isn't a subject which has ANY traction in Washington. There is a very slim chance they could pass something like this in California, but none at all in Washington. The Gov. is against it. The Democratic caucus is against it. The Republican caucus is against it. It makes good copy, and I'm sure you can always find somebody in government who will pipe up for it, but this is REALLY a dead duck (not like the one in the freezer in Everett).
