Just another idiot politician trying to make a name for him/herself, as usual. Even the pols in California aren't likely to approve something this shortsighted and pointless (the anti-tax lobbyists in Sacramento will probably see to that). There might be a few hearings on the matter, but this will likely die a quiet and fairly rapid death (as it should).
