Railfanning Stockton

A friend and I are planning on going railfanning in Stockton tomorrow.
We are going to check out the UP-BNSF crossing but I also thought it might be cool to see if we could catch some CCT and ST&E action.

Can anybody tell me when a good time to catch the CCT and ST&E in action would be?
