To a point. The ASJNP does normally have a couple of blocks in it. The Roper cars (for Salt Lake City), Rolla, CO cars, and the North Platte cars. The North Platte cars (NPLA) are the majority of the train, and within the block they are not arranged in any real order. Looking at a train list it shows the entire NPLA group will need to be rehumped into multiple blocks for further destinations.
