3751 departure time San Diego Issue???

Does anyone know why Trainweb and Chris Guenzler report the DEPART time from San Diego as 2:20PM.
The Goldenstaterails website run by Central Coast NRHS says 2:30PM for San Diego DEPARTURE.
Everything else is the same from both sources.
Can anyone explain why the 10 minute difference between the two sources???
Which one is the CORRECT Depart time from the San Diego Amtrak depot???
Thank you very much in advance for all the time + trouble that everyone is putting in for this trip !
