P&W runs to Clatskanie and Wauna

I was on a road trip recently, came back along US30 through Columbia county. Its impressive the amount of traffic on the eastern end of the line that has grown over the years.

How often is service made to Wauna and Clatskanie? I think GP still only gets chemicals on the rail, and trucks take everything else. Which is bizzarre, since they send rolls to Halsey thats also on the P&W for finishing. You would think a intraline move like that would be something P&W could grab.

Anyway... how often are they going out there? Thanks
