There was a BNSF freight heading north thru Tacoma

As it was heading thru Reservation I saw what looked like a piece of UP Equipment with an American Flag on the side like UP locomotives.

It was the same UP Yellow but looked like some kind of unit for testing track.

It was in the middle of the freight between cars and empty ttx flats....

Should have been in Seattle shortly after that. It was heading North on BNSF, not UP.
