I spent 12 years in flight test on the L-1011, and by some interesting coincidence, participated in 1,011 test flights. Yes, the one in the thread is the flying hospital ship, and Orbital Sciences still has one that launches Pegasus missiles into space. Bill Weaver flew that up until a few years ago.
