Interesting. I'll be going through there later this summer and might look around.

Do hope they remembered pumps. Lots of them. It does rain, occasionally, in Fresno. When it does, it tends to be short, heavy downpours. The water looks for the lowest point to pond in - a 40' deep trench sounds like a nice retention basin.
