Our Gold Hill (NV) group just finished the attic clean up as prep for a sprinkler install and I'd
have to agree that a 1879 wood depot at some point reaches the term "borrowed time". We've worked
for years just stabilizing and weather proofing the building and all that time a simple brush fire
could have wiped out all those efforts.
