RCL operations have been a joke from the start. Use whatever source you have to find a POSITIVE RCL article/story/event, etc. I dare you. Everyone I've ever talked to in the industry HATES RCLs. Operating employees hate them for obvious reasons, not to mention less job security. Foreman hate them because you have poorly trained employees out operating 1:1 scale toy trains on their watch. Corporate hates them because the imagined savings in eliminating the third conductor/brakeman disappears when you account for RCL accidents, damaged equipment, higher injury rates, lawsuits and extra equipment maintenance.
Solution to all of this nonsense is a minimum of two men per crew, no RCL unless it's an extreme environmental reason (interior of a coke/steel plant, etc) and make sure that crews never see more than 8 hours of continuous service.
All this garbage to save a few pennies.
