Memo to Willits Girl: Your comment about the NCRA needing a new Lawyer comes from someone with little or knowledge of the situation. In a case like this, you start at the bottom of the legal ladder and work up. You do not start at the Supreme Court and hope for the best. In all but a few extreme cases can you file there and hope for a hearing. In most if not all cases your have to start at the local jurisdiction and work your way up the legal ladder to the appeals court. There are other issues here other then the time line for Novato to file which NCRA challenged. Stay tuned Willits Girl, there are a few surprises to come and while this will delay the inevitable (i.e. restoration and rebuilding of the NWP) THE OUTCOME is certain and Novato will have to pony up a few bucks in their ludicrous efforts to stop Interstate Commerce.
