So new pipelines coming online will reduce the amount of oil going by rail.

One thing I wonder about is pipeline safety. There are safer tank cars, and double hulled tank ships, but I never hear about double walled pipelines. There was a gasoline pipeline break in Washington that ignited and scorched a creek gully and killed some kids (if I remember). It was not good.
