I liken the whole project to nothing more than a kit car or an Elvis impersonator in Vegas.

Even if they do get it built it won't ever be a Pennsylvania T1.

Folks can certainly do as they wish with their own cash, but to me it's a travesty to pour money down that hole when there are many, many worthy projects that could preserve an ACTUAL piece of equipment.

What a concept!
