U50 fuel tank size?

How big was the fuel tank on the original U50 (the B+B-B+B one)? How about on the U50C?

I was looking at some pictures, and the fuel tank on the U50 looks pretty small (not much room between the trucks). The tank on the U50C seems much bigger.
