fwiw, back in the late 1960s the museum only regularly operated something (usually one or 2 streetcars around the local loop - the main line was only a 1/4-mile tail track for the loop) on Sundays, though sometimes on Saturdays and holidays too. Their power supply consisted of the old SN portable substation; if they're running on the main line now even at 10mph they need more than that. The pole barn had just been completed so some of the collection could be under cover. Paths wandering around were mostly mud and gravel (pre-ADA). It was mostly a volunteer operation and there was little security. I don't think that old "wonderful" setup would fly these days.
