I made sure to list preservation groups that own their own land and are sure to be around a while. I would like to learn more about the Medford Park group. Does it own any of the land it occupies? If it is on city-owned land, then there's the real danger of being evicted someday by a hostile mayor and city council. Park locomotives get kicked off city land all the time.
