Surfline Talgo question

So, how will Los Angeles be able to maintain the Talgo sets coming for Surfliner service between Los Angeles and SLO since they don't have the facilities. It would be very ironic if these sets get repainted into Amtrak West blue after the Vegas Talgos were taken into Cascades service... Deja Vu?
