What taxpayers or jury are going to pay anything to the family of this fool for killing himself, by hitting a train at 90 mph., on purpose?

What utter twaddle....that sounds like the typical troll-bait, by some of the usual suspects, repeating truly amazing drivel about one of their favorite urban myths..... And again, I'm just shocked....

This guy is going to "collect" from the "taxpayers" just like that film truck driver did in his "lawsuit" against Metrolink a few years back, right? What utter bull$#it.

If this is such a great payout, why don't a couple of you real genius's try it.... Some of you could leave that big "pay out" to your mother, for the years of back rent, that some of you may still be owing her....?
