Political grandstanding on a real and serious issue, at its very worst, without any new resources to pay for it, or worse resources diverted from other far more effective ways to combat and reduce the risks of foreign or domestic terrorism.

So what else can one expect from Congress, an institution that panders to our fears, ignores our real problems, takes bribes and calls them campaign contributions, and is now reported in polls, to be far less popular than communism? You didn't expect anything but bull$#it and grandstanding, did you?

If we used the same level of funds something like this would really take, to say to "double" the size of the CHP, we'd probably save hundreds of times more people's lives every year, in CA alone, who will die at the hands of those "terrorists" who are driving drunk on our streets, every single day.... But hey, who's counting, right?

But, be scared, be very very scared, it helps to make the nation of "sheep" we've become in America, so much easier for our politicians to fleece.......
