I'm glad your enjoyed your unscheduled stop in Edgewood Texas. Maybe one your next trip you can stop and stay in Mineola and see some of the other little east texas towns, Edgewood, Wills Point, Edom, Grand Saline and Canton. Although small each of these towns has a good place or two for food. Some even have a B&B.
