Not sure if anyone is still following this post....but I am interested in talking with UP about doing a charter train. Not sure at this point if it would be Amtrak equipment or private cars, but if anyone has advice on this I'd love to get it.

I am not thinking this is a limited train, more like 4 x a year for special events...(my company does events -- focuses on the production side....lighting, audio, etc) We know there is a market for the train, not sure how to get some numbers/detail locked in.

I am not sure how to approach UP about it as I have heard that with all of the freight moves on those tracks, they have little/no time for a private/charter train.

any advice or thoughts, welcomed.
