CN and CSX are behind Pacific Rim Railroad.

Canadian National and the Chelsa System are showing interest in financing the Pacific Rim Railroad between Humboldt Bay and Wendel. They are also showing interst in purchasing UP's old Western Pacific route to Salt Lake City agruing this is true competition for UP and BNSF. The $7 Billion dollar projected is slated for a Spring 2010 construction date.
