New BNSF Texas IM train in WA

There was chatter earlier about the new Texas service from the PNW and whether the Portland volume was rubber tire from seattle. It is not! I frequently see the NB section out of Portland around Noon through sumner. Its usually 3 big GE's and 2 5-pack well cars of JBHU containers.
