Two points. FRA inspected the cars and the Schellville yard and the cars and their storage are fully compliant under the FRA. (Cited in the Marin IJ and Santa Rosa P.D. in earlier articles.) There are no safety issues according to the three inspections they have made sited in both newspapers. 2nd point: Cited in the agreement between NCRA and SMART, this issue will go to arbitration to be resolved and NWP can and will ship the cars as needed to the refineries thru Cal Northern and the UP.
