Most crossings I have heard the bell rings as long as the gates are down and stop's when the gates go up, and it would be a good idea to let it ring because the Stupid need all the help they can get
Dont know if the stupid person would have blocked the bells out or not
Maybe they were "jerking" to Pokey Man or Mon or Gumby man or mon whatever its called
So maybe they should sue the game creator
