I don't understand the title of this thread.

Much of the video focused on the lack of pedestrian gates. Another segment showed a guy crossing in front of a locomotive after it blew its horn.

As for the woman who was hit by the train, the police sergeant interviewed by the TV station stated the train crew sounded the whistle.

This video proves nothing except that some people are not practicing safe CSX.
