Was in Cheney over 4th and looked over some of the construction, doesn't look like there is going to be anything more than a switch off the CW main--Correct??? Seems like one would want to at least have a siding or something to leave cars on. (One cut looks just perfect to drift full of snow too!!) When is the reload thing that the state gave a grant for going to be built and where?
