You can't run a country with every municipality having it's own complete set of laws governing
things which are related to interstate commerce. The environmental damage, effects, whatever Novato is @#$%& about of a railroad are pretty much cut and dried. It's not like the NWP would
be running a fleet of Mexican MLW's on that Bunker C they were using for diesel through the town.
The suit is totally counter productive and will produce no gains for the environment and in fact
this thing sounds like the enviro equivalent of the Duke Lacrosse fiasco.
