That's our argument because they pretty much are, other than some minor differences there is a
uniform set of traffic laws across the country. A blinking red light is stop everywhere (except
in Florida where a blinking yellow light is stop unless they finally changed that, but I digress).
Sure it's a county road but only because that county needs it to get around but the general laws
governing it are more or less uniform. The county can set speed limits but even those are subject
to certain standards.
