Well, they must be wanting you to conserve now that the new WA State Law for people working outside jobs (like roofers, etc), their employers must provide water for them to drink while working to be sure they don't get heatstroke. Another L & I production!

Oh yes, when you start to conserve, be warned...Spokane will then say their water usage is down but revenue from the water bills is down, so they will have to raise their rates... This happened in Tacoma about 5 years ago, when we asked to conserve and water on odd # days etc. We did so good that the water bills went down more than expected; so they raised our rates!
