The photo of SN MW 302 is not a photo of the car which Key System purchased and renumbered as 495 during World War II.
Key System 495 was the number applied to Sacramento Northern 1005 during WW II. After the war, BAERA purchased the 495 and repainted it back to its original number 1005. 1005 is a Holman product and does not have the arched press glass restroom windows.
Hall-Scott interurban 1020 was renumbered to SN MW 302 after passenger service ended, and was never sold to Key System.
Details are in Harre Demorro's book on the SN.
