In Wisconson and Minn, there is one speed limit for EVERYONE, trucks and cars. It is amazing just how much better the traffic flows when you don't have one set of vehicles doing 10 MPH slower then the rest of them. If we could do that in CA, I-5 in the Central Valley would work so much better (IMHO)!
