MCL - Our community is definitely in a transportation crisis - brought on by the RTC Staff ideology that a train would work. Highway 1 needs to be widened. People can't make it to the doctors. Moms spend hours in traffic. Watsonville is being killed by transportation barrier.

The idea that this property is used 3 weeks out of the year for a "Christmas Tree Stand" by a non-local company - who pays no rent - is outrageous.
