I'm glad to hear that Cumbres and Toltec seems to be getting someone who is highly regarded an experienced at this kind of thing. They've had some ups and downs, and this sounds like someone who comes with a background and experience to preserve this national treasure.

As kind of an amateur "industrial archeologist" myself, it's good to see we have folks dedicated to recording, recovering, restoring, and preserving some of our important industrial "antiquities", because that helps us all to understand how we got here, and where we are going........
