UP would not let 2472 run on her power. She would be hot, but towed. Or her pistons disconnected, alla 4014's trip back east.
I am also concerned about the storage issue. To bad some industry with a spur going inside could not be found to help.
As to turning, there is a turntable in Hearldsburg (?) that could be cleaned up and used. This might be a good chance to see a really nice excursion if and only if NWP and the "gentleman " of GGRM can get their S together.....
