And herein lies the problem with Iowa Pacific Holdings (again, as pointed out, it and Iowa Pacific are one in the same and there is nothing new here): They have sold off everything of value to pay off portions of what is tremendous debt, and Ed Ellis continues to play trains with no plan to do anything that makes even a penny. And people are owed money from coast to coast, including everyone from small advertising companies involved with the various excursions to historical societies who leased IPH the classic diesels to power its passenger trains to abruptly laid off employees whose final checks weren't paid.
Hopefully 2017 will bring Iowa Pacific Holdings the "mercy killing" it needs. Too many people have been swindled and left holding the bag already.
