The $558,620 study for a pedestrian and bicycle path? And the cost of rebuilding the tunnel for the same purpose? You've got to be kidding. Who is to pay for this? Is somebody going to tell me that a bicycle and pedestrian group has raised the funds and will subsidize it? Sure they will. If I was a Marin County resident, I would be raising all kinds of hell about this abusive miss use of tax payer dollars.
