Nudge,
Loony Loon, Odd Duck, Funny Chicken has been posting threads on the tunnel for a year. They all involve projected futures that haven't happened yet but make it seem like the happened.

For instance, last year he posted a "Alto Tunnel Sequel" which contained the following question: "Any news on the Alto Tunnel". Etc.

In the case of this thread we are posting in, there is no Sausalito Extension that is not happening and the study of the Alto Tunnel hasn't even happened yet, but the thread title gives you the impression all of this is happening. Nope!
