UP Washy Info for TO Posters

Anybody here who bothers to pay and put up with the antics at Trainorders might pass along this advice to the thread about Joso Bridge/Eastern WA. The reason that guy got so few trains in daylight is because there's been MofW in Palouse River Canyon: track panel installs, welding, etc. I've spent many a summer weekend there and bagged 9 or more trains in daylight each day, plus the Hooper-Wallula grain shuttle, CSP/Great Northwest Ayer Turn, etc. Come Monday morning and yeah, after a flurry in the morning, it can go quite dead during mid-day as the boys go to work somewhere on the line. Just gotta know when to go, and where.
