Current rule book definition of a train?

It used to be that the standard rule book definition of a train was "one or more engines, with or without cars, displaying markers". A light engine movement could therefore be a train (or not).

Now we don't use markers. We have FRED, but that's not used on light engine movements.

What's the current rule book definition of a train?
