You can just put fake information into that first screen to get to the screen with the rates. The rates are:

$12 for 3 months
$21 for 6 months
$36 for a year

I think it's a good deal. The moderation there is one thing that makes it good. Downside is you can get moderated (censored) but it makes it worth it. But like you said, you aren't worried about that.

I find there is way more content than I need, but that's a good thing. There are some really great posters are there.
