People still post anonymously, that's why the screen names. If you choose to use your real identity that that's up to you. But unless something has changed that I am unaware of Todd has repeatedly stated he will give no information out on users unless he is handed a court order.
as far as "anonymous" on this site - hmmm. I'm sure if somebody walks into Altamont Press with a court order they can get all kinds of information off your posts and figure out who you are.
